Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT

Because every piece is handmade to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING

I ship orders Monday - Friday. Transit time is measured in business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. During the holiday season your shipment may be delayed.

If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, email me prior to ordering at bowietats@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Bowietats is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that I do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond my control and vary between countries, I cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, you can contact your local customs office.
